Nkhôsho Park (named after the Crowned Hornbill on the local language) combines the tranquillity of the sand forest with the action of the Indian ocean, the privacy of your own home with the convenience of a condominium.

The project envisages the construction of 20 villas of which 13 (A to M shown on the project plan attachment) are for sale and the remaining 7 for rent. The villas for sale will be implanted on area near the beach, the remaining (not shown) are within the area with little vegetation closer to the road.
The type of construction is conventional i.e. reinforced concrete foundations and structure, and masonry walls. Initially we contemplated wooden houses but decided against it as it tends to require far more maintenance. The price of each unit has two components – one relating to the plot and basic services, i.e. water, electricity and sanitation, and the other relating to the architecture and finishes of the villa itself.

The villas that do not have sea views (A to G) have a standard architecture with two floors offering 160m2 of covered area, allowing the buyer to decide on the layout and the partitioning on each floor. The villas with sea views (H to M) architecture will be bespoke based on the buyer’s preferences.
We also envisaged developing an event and/or commercial center on the area of little vegetation (75 x 100 m), which could provide ancillary services to the villas (e.g. a bar and restaurant), and a wellbeing center on the stretch (90 x 80 m) adjacent to the beach offering de-stress, relaxing, renewing, yoga, sauna, anti-aging, and immunity-boosting spa.
