Role: Executive Director

Yara Mutola is a young professional with extensive experience in youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and international relations. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Dutch Mozambican Chamber of Commerce, where she plays a key role in fostering business partnerships between Mozambique and the Netherlands.
Yara joined the Chamber in 2022 as a volunteer, where her volunteer work with the Dutch Mozambican Chamber of Commerce provided her with valuable exposure to the business sector, paving the way for her current leadership role.

Yara holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, with expertise in inte trade, geopolitical analysis and economic cooperation. She has represented her country in prestigious international competitions, winning accolades for her advocacy and public speaking skills.

For Yara, the bilateral cooperation between Mozambique and the Netherlands is a key driver of economic growth, innovation, and sustainable development, offering valuable opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, and young professionals to thrive in a dynamic global market.
